How I help
In short, I help you reach your sleep goals for your child. Based on our conversations, I develop a customized sleep plan. I present different sleep training methods and you pick the one you are most comfortable with. I walk you through how to implement the plan so your baby reaches his goals. I support, coach, and cheer you on during the process. Together, we will get you and your baby the rest you both deserve. I work with sleep training newborns, babies, toddlers, and young children.
